Well everyone I am out of this challenge at least til spring.
I fell at the gym a week ago thursday and promptly broke my right wrist sand tore the ligament . i am in a cast 4 at least 8 weeks and a splint 4 4 more after that. Hopefully by the time summer break comes around I;ll be able to do something again.

Hello one of our ladies broke her wrist and found daily hand stitching ( was binding) increasing time was great threapy for it and felt better each day
