I got some free end rolls of blank newsprint at my local newspaper about 10 years ago.. They sold it by the pound but when I said I needed it for my students to draw on they just gave it to me free.. Don't really know how much it cost but you can call and check out your local newspaper.. I also keep the paper they use to wrap breakable things in when you purchase them and iron them to get out wrinkles... I think I'm going to try the old phone books and see how that works for me...
