A lot of people use the fabric book pages as squares to make baby quilts. They make beautiful quilts. The front cover is the upper left hand corner block, the back cover is the lower right. All the pages make up the other blocks and sashing/cornerstones in between. You might try that if you can't find what you're looking for.
