I will be sending PMs to anyone not marked as mailed and received to ensure all projects are completed. If yours is not done please PM me immediately with an explanation of what is going on since these were all due to be mailed by Feb 9th. I do know some arrangements have been made, but these should be wrapping up by now. March signups cannot be done until we cleanup January and anyone not completed can not resign up for this.
