Carrie don't be so hard on yourself. I was above my suicide weight and all of a sudden I started to lose again. not alot just 3 lb a month but I am below 180 for the first time in a LONG time. I think being sick has something to do with it to. I don't know why but when I get sick I gain. Hang in there tomorrow starts a new month.
