If you have been exercising, take heart. You have probably gained muscle. Muscle weighs a little more than fat, but burns tons more calories. Stay true to your plan and you will probably do much better next month.

Hint: Take your measurements and keep track of the inches you lose. It helps when the scales get stuck in one position. :) :)
