Well-I started Monday going to the YMCA they have exercising classes that each day there is a new one Zumba, Ever Fit, Cycling-and Aquatic Exercis--I've tried all except Cycling. So today I weighed my self and I lost 2lbs--but boy am I sore-I think I found every muscle on my body that has been dominant for such a long time--SOON TO BE ZUMBA QUEEN--SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE that Hinney!!!
