sometimes using soap and/or skin cleansers and/or anti-bac sanitizer can catch up with a person. if there is nothing medically wrong, try using a pure and natural soap. meaning NO chemicals. they are hard to find, but make sure they do not have any parabens, or anything of the sort. google it for info. once i switched, i no longer need lotion and do not have itchy skin at all. plus the soap is good for the face too -- and no dryness. my bar soap in the shower lasted for over one year! so it is a good deal. i recently bought a 2-pack at trader joes for $1.99 and they work really well.
