I was getting the e-mails but not the flyers. I filled out 4 cards over a period of 6 months. Two of them I mailed and 2 of them the store mailed for me. No Results. Finally, I called the customer service number on their website and she was so kind and promised results. After about 2 more weeks, I started getting them. She said they sometimes have this problem with some areas. Go figure. The store manager was courteous, but it took my phone call to Cust. Serv. to get results.
