Did all those shops close that you were along 95 or near to it? Granted, they might not have been in your backyard, but still not hours away. I used to stop on my weekend trips between NYC and Boston. Branford/Guildford, Danbury, and there was another one I thought to the east of New Haven. Wow, they're dropping like flies.
