i found a coupon for "truvia" , i love home brewed sweet tea,drink it all year.
as soon as this last 2 quarts are gone, i will make it with the truvia.

i feel so good! i just got back from the pool,spent 45 minutes,just walking back and forth, then hit the hot tub to loosen up the muscles, the fibro gets wicked if i don't!
i think my weigh ins are Sundays.
