I joined Weight Watchers at Work, although it's not really at work, it's run through our home owners association. We rec'd 12 weeks of on-line WW with our membership. We have a great leader, a fun group. I'm doing well so far, but must admit weighing and measuring can get tiresome. It's mainly taught me portion control and to think before I grab anything from the fridge even if I'm not hungry. Good luck with the program.
