Good news, bad news. The good - my adrenal system is over the steroid glitch and I can start to lose. The bad - I only lost one pound in 30 days. I really expect two or three, especially without my 250 calories a day of chocolate. When is Easter? Whoops, I'm whining again. Better delete that before Tru sees it.
