Good news: I lost 2.1 of the 3.7 lbs I gained back in FL. YEAH!!
Bad news: This still makes me have an actual gain this month of 1.6 lbs. gggrrrr However, I still have an overall loss of 14 lbs and I am thrilled with that!!!!
Okay, I'm gonna put on my big girl panties and face it head on. I WILL get off my butt and have a loss this month. In spite of the fact I'm having knee replacement in less than 2 weeks. I will do this. I am optimistic that all swelling from surgery will be gone by the last day of April. Wishful thinking, maybe, but I'm looking at it as positive thinking. Sandy
