Since you're in the U.K. and no Joann's, Hancock's or WalMart, I think that your best chance of finding quilting supplies would be a quilt shop in your country or on online, but check and make sure they ship to your country. There are also people on this board who sometimes sell rulers, fabrics and other supplies, so check the classified on here.
