You can do the same thing with a placemat and larger Ziploc bags. Layer the bags with an overlap in the middle and after you sew the band in the middle, then go back and trim off the extra bag bottoms. I ahve a couple and use them in different projects. I used 3 bags per side, and a couple of small ones in the center, and off set them. Jan
