I am making a memory quilt
I want to use my inkjet printer to print some photos.

I like the idea of using 100% cotton and ironing that to freezer paper since the paper doesnt fuse...it just makes it temporary so you can feed your sheet through the printer.

has anyone used this method?
The AVERY product that is sold for photo transfers....I wonder if I should just get that.....

And the main question I have is....when I print my great great great grandmothers picture onto my quilt block....is that ink PERMANENT? I dont want to wash my photos away!!!

Please comment on this subject! Sure would appreciate it!
