Had I been reading my digests in a timely manner, I would have told you that your orange mug rug looks absolutely fine to me! The little dip you were worried about didn't look so bad - - I mean, I was expecting a BIG dip, but instead, I am not even sure I saw it. You are being too hard and critical to yourself!
Something I try to remember: A mistake is evidence that someone tried to accomplish something.
As I have learned new skills, I have learned to have patience with myself - - not many of us accomplish perfection on the first attempt, but by learning to correct mistakes, we are actually learning more about our craft/abilities than we could ever learn without having not done so well.
