Hi, This recipe is one we use from the Australian Heart Foundation.
1/4 cup of white vinegar or white wine
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped spring onions or red onions
2 tablespoons of finely chopped herbs. (your choice) Fresh herbs
Process In a blender the first 4 ingredients. Then stir in onion and fresh herbs. Refrigerate. Makes 1 cup
