I did not show up until 1951, yes I just turned 60, but I can almost see and smell the feed store. What fun it would be to sit on the feed sack and feel the grain moving around inside it. I bet there was a cat or two running around taking care of mice too. Thank you for such a wonderful story.
I love the 1930's repo fabric. I am building a stash to do something wonderful with it.
