It might be a good idea to ask one on one. Some people would be very willing to help but they might just be shy. Just ask them.
I belong to a guilt guild that meets every three months with all the other individual groups. My group used to have about 11 people, however, we are now down to four people, due to moving to another state, death, etc. I am making an effort to get to know the members in the other groups. It's kind of difficult as we only see them every three months.
