Since we deal in vintage machines I'd buy with the right price. It looks a bit rough and will take some care. Before buying run the machine with the handwheel disengaged and engaged to check for drag on the motor or weak motor. See what they can do about the price being you will have to do the work. Use a mild degreaser soap on the decals to keep from destroying them Clean and oil before soing any real sewing
