Try joining the homequiltingsystems group at
http://groups.yahoo.com . Be sure to read the files before you post. I'm sure someone on that group has the setup you have purchased and will be able to help you. There may be YouTube and other videos online that demonstrate how to load the quilt. Also, I think there are different ways of doing this. Partial and full "floats" are popular.
