My grandaughter and I made several using Twiddletail`s tutorial. Don`t be afraid of the french seam, it`s just a matter of sewing it together with right sides out first and then turning it and encasing the seam with one straight line of stitches. Easy peasy and makes a HUGE difference in the quality of the final product. No raveling edges every time it`s washed.
