This morning on Good Morning America they had a guest who reported about the FABULOUS weight losses people can attain by eliminating sugar, flour and fried foods from your diet (I'd also caution about too much fat intake). He also stressed to drink a minimum of 2 quarts of water a day, and as much as 4 quarts if you can. It flushes out toxins, lubricates the organs, helps clean the colon, and makes you feel full...plus your skin loves and needs it!

My next door neighbors in their 70's have never looked
better since eliminating everything white from their diets.

My sister looked better than ever in her life after using Phenergan diet pills for 6 months. Ended up in Emergency, had to have cardiac rescusitation (the shock paddles) twice while her DH had to stand and watch! After all that, she gained it all back and then some because she still didn't learn how and what to eat.

A dear friend, an RN, went through bypass surgery, but she too didn't learn to change her diet. She lost weight at first, but eventually stretched the little stomach she had remaining till it became the same size as original. She gained every pound back.

Surgery is so invasive! Who can say what degree of sterile conditions and skill any of the Mexican facilities employ?
