I love applique, whatever the method. Yesterday, I had an epiphany sort of. I was wondering why I switched over to the machine. Why, oh why didn't I just redo the blocks I had embroidered in the same 7" size with the machine applique & HAND embroider those blocks??? I guess I was having a very senoir time period when I decided to completely re-do EVERYTHING. I had all 36 blocks done!!! Just not all had the embroidery finished.
I am finishing up the applique on Block #14 today. I am thinking that I won't embroider those tiny hearts in the very center. Aie's look funny!!! It's kinda crowded.
News flash! I am going to do the Little Brown Bird with machine applique & hand embroidery!!!
