The Warm Wishes is quick and easy especially with strip piecing. It is also a great way to show off a pretty floral or an animal print.
I love doing stack and whacks. They are easier than they look and I have so much fun doing them. I have most of Bethany Reynolds books. I consider them a great investment for the sheer fun I get making the quilts.
