I like Patsy Thompson's DVD feathers tutorials, you do have to purchase them, but they are a good learning tool. She also has a website, just google her name. She has some free downloads that help with practice. She has some very basic free motion and some very advanced ones.
Thank you so much, this is exactly what I was looking for. Shows what a true "newbie" I am, I had heard and followed Leah Day but never heard of Patsy Thompson. I've previewed some of her DVD's and have ordered several. This kind of help is one reason I love this website so much - it has something for every quilter.
