I Love the Quilt. I keep looking at the colors and I keep leaning toward the darker blue as binding. I am sorry that you cannot find the original fabric. I would take the quilt to your LQS and play around with the same color that you want to use. I've run out of fabric for making matching pillowcases. The original fabric I used was no longer available so the owner of the store found a fabric that was perfect! Hope this helps.
