Your avatar fascinates me. It is rare when one bird lets one other bird sit and feed at the same time. They are so territorial that we put three feeders in three different areas around the house. We actually watched one bird stab another with his beak to get the feeder to himself. It was brutal.
ours fight too, but my daughter gets them to feed on one. have no idea why the difference.
