The video was prepared by the company marketing the quilts to sell "Cassandra Home" (Turkish I think). I imagine the non-asian gentleman walking around (the one who held up the finished quilt) is a rep for the company - presumably sent for the express purpose of checking quality etc. Here's the website for "Cassandra Home".
