I have a Baby Lock and love it. It is so easy to use. The down side is that I really didn't think I needed or wanted an embroidery machine so I got one with only a 4x4 hoop. It's actually fine as I can use a larger hoop and then split the design with Buzz Edit. From time to time I think that I might get a bigger one some day, but ... why?
