I usually have the next 2-3 quilts planned out....getting them done will depend on the budget....lol....when I finally get all the fabrics, then it seems to be a race to see how fast I can get it all pieced! In the meantime, I can usually scrounge up enuf scraps to do a lap quilt for charity.
