ETA: found some rubbing alcohol at work and have been trying that. But the container's about empty. I know I've got some of that at home that I can try.
Another thing, when you get home, don't put the blouse in the dryer until you think the stain is gone or at least lightened up. The heat of the dryer will set the stain.
