I don't have any information on your quilt, I was given twelve squares just like yours and was told it was a group of quilters making quilts for donations. they each have their names in the center like yours. There are no dates on any of mine. I hope to one day assemble them into a quilt. Not enough for a big quilt. I would guess a lap quilt. My daughter in law is twenty one and her great grandmother was one of the quilters. No help I know. But interesting. I would post pictures but I don't know how to do it.
