Didn't attempt it for a while as I had other projects to be finished.
I have just finished my 4th bag yesterday. The first one I made for my dear SIL. She loved it and has now given me orders for 8 more for friends who want one too.
She says it's not just her friends who are asking about it.- she been stopped in the supermarket and several other shops.
So I thank you for being my first inspiration to making these bags. And thanks also to all the others here who have made Bow Tucks.
aww thank you for your kind words.. yes my dd loves her giraffe bag and i made three total like that. the other two sold very fast., one went to a board member in fact.
I have made over 60 of these... I lost count ! When you make your bags put 5 business cards in a blank card_(look at dollar store or in joann's dollar baskets) and stick it in the front pocket.. that way when someone is asked about your bag they can whip out a card. look on the vistaprint site because you can get hundreds for next to nothing.. i took a picture of lots of my bags sitting on my table and that is on the front of the business card... my cards are all over the united states and canada now !!

I am working on this one because a dgd was over visiting and she insisted i use this fabric before the batik purse...lol dgd always win out in my house !
