I agree; give it TLC. I just bought an antique quilt; I'm not sure of the age, yet. It's a star design and all hand quilted. It needs a few seams put back together; you can tell it has been really "loved" which is ok. I don't plan on "using her" but I would like to display her if I can find a safe way to do so. I can't believe I only spent 30 for her but unfortunetly the person didn't know the history of the quilt.
I just read where you are considering getting rid of it; I'd love it. I'd be even willing to pay if it's not too much. It would go with the one that I just got and be treasured.
