You don't need mixes. It is cheaper to make up your own. It is also cheaper. I buy my yeast in bulk at Sam's Club & it is good for well over a year. What I don't use goes down the drain. It is so cheap I don't worry about whether I use it all. I store in a jar in the frig. Way too many good recipes online as well as cookbooks. Are you looking for a particiular recipe.
