After you have opened MyFitness Pal, click profile, scroll down till you see your ticker, underneath that it say "Add to your site", click that then copy all the words that are under your ticker. Next open your profile in this message board, scroll down to your signature block and paste what you copied from Myfitnes Pal. That should work.
