I love that you are doing it with your scraps but maybe you need to let yourself work on it over time and that will help you enjoy the project better. I also found when I made the quilt in my avatar that I became frustrated after making two blocks so worked on it over time and now really am pleased I stuck with it. Keep up the good work.
