Our 1500 sf home in NYC cost about $400 for electric during the summer and equally as much for gas heating during the winter. Here in Casa Grande, Az. we have a 2600 sf all-electric home and pay $220 on the budget plan. Our windows have sun screens and we just recently added a high-performance electric saving pump on our pool. It's cheaper here.
