on page 2 i have attached 2 pictures of 2 different quilts,one is a 3d pinwheel and the other is a dresden kalidescope with yo yo for center,,,i can't remember where i seen it done but the way i do it is make my block,,then i add batting and the backing,,,stitch through the block to hold it togeter(your choice of quilting) then i put the backs of 2 right sides together and stitch then i trim off access and turn out right and then add strip on top,,,very easy for me,i like doing them this way
