I went to the bra shop and asked them how to fix it so my straps would quit falling. They told me that I was not wearing my bra tight enough around my chest. So now I made sure that I used the tightest catches it quit falling down.
If you try this and they keep falling down you need to get fitted for a new bra. They say that most women do not wear the proper size of bra.
