The amount that you give the waitress and the amount you give to God are both your choice. Noone is forcing you to only give 10, 15, or 20%.
I beg to differ- some restaurants automatically include a 15% tip with your bill.
As to 10% to God, that is a tithe which means one tenth. It is always our option to give more if we choose. You can't outgive God!
