I understand your concern for sure!!! I like you dont mind giving to charity such as these and I dont really question that thats where the money goes.
After seeing such a bad accident I understand your concern for their safety and for those in the cars!!! There needs to be a safer way to do it - this can distract drivers - usually not enough time to did thru purse etc to get money out anyway lol I agree - need to do it in safer manner!!!
