I too have suffered with vetigo - once so bad I spent 6 hrs. in emergency. the Dr. gave me an IV with "sea sickness" medicine that finally worked. After that, and several Dr.s and tests - I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease (build up of fluid in inner ear). ENT specialist said it is caused by an airborn virus. I now take Famvir (or the generic of it) - it is an anti biotic. Will have to take the rest of my life. The exercises did very little for me but I do take an "Antivert" pill if needed. I feel for you and I hope you can get relief.
