BBPV, if that is what it is, will not correct itself, it may decrease, but the best treatment is to go to a vestibular therapist, get a script for PT for vertigo from a doctor or NP and make sure its a PT who's had training. The Epley maneuver is part of the treatment, but the PT can diagnose which canals are involved and treat in the right order so it doesn't get worse. Do not take your meclizine the day of the appointment or it will mask your symptoms and you may not get as good of a diagnosis (and thereby results).
