I saw the photo of your thread - I do not know - in my country does not get anything special quilting materials.
It seemed a little "thick" for embroidery.
I thought it would be good for decorating projects using special foot sewing machine.
I'm using regular embroidery thread (I think you called floss) with only 2 strands.
The tone is strong, but lighter was lost in hearts.
