Hi everyone,
I am a new quilter. I finished my first quilt last month. I and now focusing on learning hand quilting and applique. I just got an applique book, Deborah Kemball's Beautiful Botanicals and I think I am in love. I just made a little sample piece which is below. I can't believe how easy hand applique is. I was always intimidated by it, but I find it much easier than machine piecing.
