I am so grateful to you for making something for the JDRF fund raiser. I have a story of triumph for you. My youngest son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 2 and half years old. Now he is 29 years old, graduated from medical school, is doing his intern year at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle and then will go to Stanford University for his residency. He played sports in high school and Division 1 football in college. The insulin pump is the greatest invention until we have a cure! There were days when I thought we would never make it but by God's grace and miracles my son will help others throughout his life. You just never know how things are going to turn out.
